Blubrry Podcast Insider’s 300th Episode Features True Crime Reporter®

The team at Blubrry podcast hosting celebrated their 300th Episode of their Podcast Insider by interviewing Peabody Award-winning Reporter Robert Riggs.

Robert is the creator and host of the True Crime Reporter® podcast. The veteran broadcast journalist describes how he started the podcast which is based on three decades of his reporting.

The first season which is hosted by Blubrry was spun off into a five-part television documentary on Fox Nation streaming called Freed To Kill. The hit true crime show received a prestigious “Silver Telly” Award for a documentary in May of 2022.

The series exposed how serial killer Kenneth McDuff was paroled out of the Texas prison system under a cloud of corruption. Riggs takes the audience inside his investigation.

Riggs who is an Executive Producer assembled all of the key investigators who hunted McDuff in a nationwide manhunt.

Families of McDuff’s victims praised the series for the sensitive portrayal of how the murders changed their lives forever.

Special thanks to Todd Cochrane, Mike Dell, and MacKenzie Bennett of Blubrry. Mike Dell conducts the interview.
