Son of Sam Interview with Dr. Michael Caparrelli on the True Crime Reporter Podcast® with Reporter Robert Riggs

The sinister “Son of Sam” held New York City in the grip of terror during the late 1970s.

Armed with a powerful .44 caliber pistol, the serial killer surprised young couples parked in romantic embraces and others walking home.

At point-blank range, the Son of Sam murdered six people and severely wounded seven others with gunshots to their heads.

Satanic voices that only the Son of Sam could hear dictated the trail of carnage.

The Son of Sam killed at the command of his neighbor, Sam Carr’s black Labrador named Harvey, whom he believed was possessed by the devil.
